Benoni Sports and Business Park

The construction of 32 000m² of race track in the Benoni for Kart and Bike racing.

Crystal Park

The development of approximately 3000 affordable housing stands and Res 3 developements, in Crystal Park Benoni. Extensions 32, 57, 58, 66, 67 & 64 are complete along with all the bulk infrastructure. Including outfall sewers, pump stations, road interchanges, water supply and storm water systems.

Dingleton Resettlement Project

The relocation of homes and community centres and businesses from the old mining town Sishen, to its new location in Kathu Northern Cape. Over eight hundred new homes and fifteen businesses were relocated by Anglo-American (KIO). New township and bulk infrastructure was constructed for the new town.

Eye of Africa Phase 10 + 11

Phase 10 Complete and Phase 11 underway.

Eye of Africa – Clubhouse

Earthwork preparations for the new clubhouse and demolition of the old farmhouse at Eye of Africa golf estate. New developments and improvements to the golf course and facilities are regularly undertaken.

Eye of Africa Residential Phases

The Greg Norman designed Eye of Africa Golf Estate South of Johannesburg. The residential golf estate will have in excess of 2000 homes and apartments when complete. Civil infrastructure and bulk earthworks for over 700 homes are completed to date and several Res 3 developments. New extensions are currently underway.

Fleurhof Extentions

Installation of services for Fleurhof extensions 2, 8, 9, 10, 23-30 for the city of Johannesburg and Calgro M3. Bulk earthworks and services for several Res 3 “walk up” developments. Ext 31 & 37 are currently under construction.

Fleurhof Drive Bridge

Construction now complete for the 100m long Fleurhof Drive Bridge over the Florida Lake River situated West of Johannesburg.

Fort West Ext 5

Construction of over 90 000m2 of new surfaced roads and storm water infrastructure to a new residential township in Atteridgeville for the City of Tshwane.

Helpmekaar Road Bridge

The Helpmekaar Road Bridge opened in January 2013, over the river from Florida Lake. This 80m four span post tensioned bridge was completed for the City of Johannesburg and Calgo M3 at a cost of R17 Million.

Widening of Olievenhoutbosch Road Pretoria underway.

Installation of bulk infrastructure and internal services for Real Living Spaces (PTY) Ltd in boksburg.
Aproximately 343 walk up units and 252 freehold stands to be constructed.

Rooihuiskraal

Upgrading the Old Johannesburg Road and Lenchen Ave Intersection and extending Lenchen Avenue by 600m. Installation of a storm water culvert system for surface runoff for the new warehouse developments and the installation of all the civil services.

Whistling Thorn 18 Hole Golf Course

The construction of Whistling Thorn (9 Holes) into a new world class 18 hole par 3 golf course for the developer. This involves the reshaping and remodelling of all the holes, new greens, tee boxes and fairways as well as the construction and lining of various dams as water holes and features.
